Bullying and Harassment Indicator Guidelines within this policy have been formulated to identify steps necessary to protect all from bullying and harassment incidents that may cause injury or harm.

The partners of Window on the Mind find that workplace bullying and harassment totally unacceptable, deplorable and we are united in our aim for total eradication. Feel free to copy thos policy for yourself.

Window on the Mind - Statement of Intent.
Bullying and Harassment within the workplace and for the purpose of this policy includes physical and psychological harm to employees, customers, suppliers and the public in general.

We are totally committed to ensuring those employees, customers, suppliers and the general public and not affected by bullying and harassment within the setting of or doing business with Window on the Mind.

We expect the same acceptance, equally of this Policy by all involved with Window on the Mind and their behaviour to match.

Window on the Mind - Undertaking.
While the overall responsibility fall to Michael Whitenburgh for all disciplinary actions taken with regard to this policy not being strictly applied or disregarded. Equal responsibility is also delegated to employees, customers, suppliers and the general public for the day to day responsibility of carrying out this policy.

Window on the Mind - Arrangements.
To achieve the aims of this Statement of Intent the partners of Window on the Mind will take charge and meet this commitment.

Bullying and Harassment will not be tolerated and staff, customers, suppliers and visitors to Window on the Mind are required to comply with the behavioural standards outlined within our Code of Conduct.
